- When the mobile jib crane moves to a fixed station, the ground feet must be locked.
- Before lifting, confirm that the weight of the heavy object is to be lifted, and it must not exceed the rated lifting weight of the jib crane.
- When lifting heavy objects, the heavy objects must be in a vertical position, and it is forbidden to pull them at an angle.
- No people are allowed to stand within the radius of rotation of the jib crane and under the cantilever.
- Heavy objects should not hover in the air for too long, more than 10 minutes, and should drop to the ground or a height of 150-200mm from the ground to wait.
- When operating the control switch, you must confirm with the support staff that it is in place. You must concentrate during the operation and must not do anything unrelated to the work.
- When lifting heavy objects with jib cranes, the staff must support the heavy objects, maintain their balance, and avoid collisions.
- After the jib crane is used, the spreader must be placed neatly, and the hook head of the jib crane should be vertical, keeping the height of 500mm from the ground.
