The jib crane rails and fixed lifting points are used to transport goods. In low workshops and places where bridge cranes are not suitable for erecting bridge cranes, as well as places where wire rope electric hoists are too large, electric chain hoists are more suitable.

The electric chain hoist is composed of a motor, a transmission mechanism and a sprocket. The electric chain hoist generally has a lifting weight of 0.1 to 35 tons and a lifting height of 4 to 20 meters. Most electric chain hoists are operated by people on the ground with buttons, and can also be operated in the control room or wired (wireless) remote control. In addition to fixed suspension use, the electric chain hoist is also equipped with electric running trolleys and hand-push and hand-pull trolleys. Electric chain hoists are widely used in various industries in docks, factories, warehouses, construction and assembly line production operations.

Wire rope electric hoist is abbreviated as wire rope hoist. It is composed of a motor drive mechanism and a coil. It is a small lifting equipment with compact structure, light weight, small volume, strong versatility of parts, and convenient operation. It can be used alone. It can be installed on overhead I-beams, and can also be installed on electric or manual single-beam, double-beam, jib, gantry and other cranes.

Fixed-column jib cranes mostly use electric chain hoists as lifting and operating mechanisms, and wire rope electric hoists and chain hoists are rarely used. Rotation and horizontal movement are mostly manual, and electric is used only when the lifting weight is large.

Wall column type swing arm crane is a swing arm that can rotate around a fixed column fixed on the base, or the swing arm is rigidly connected to the rotating column, and it is composed of a column and a swing arm that rotate together relative to the vertical centerline in the base support Jib crane. It is suitable for occasions where the lifting weight is not large and the operating service range is round or fan-shaped. Generally used for loading and transporting workpieces such as machine tools.

The wall jib crane is fixed on the wall, or can run along the elevated track on the wall or other supporting structure.

Wall-mounted jib cranes are used in workshops or warehouses with large spans and large building heights. It is more suitable when the lifting operations near the wall are frequent.
