This not only ensures that the performance of the equipment is relatively stable, but also ensures the production efficiency and protects the safety of the equipment and operators. So, how to do the maintenance work of the column mounted jib crane during the use of the jib crane?
The maintenance of column mounted jib crane can be roughly divided into four: daily inspection, weekly inspection, monthly inspection and annual inspection. The first is daily inspection. Routine inspections usually check the equipment before it is used. The main inspection contents are hygiene, lubrication of transmission parts, adjustment and fastening work. Weekly inspections are mainly carried out by maintenance personnel and operators.
In addition to regular daily inspections, the appearance of the column mounted jib crane must be checked. Mainly check whether there is a problem with the hook, whether the equipment is normal, whether there is a safety hazard in the wire rope, the sensitivity and reliability of the brake, clutch, and emergency alarm device, and observe whether there is any abnormality or overheating.
The monthly inspection is mainly organized by the relevant personnel of the equipment safety management department and the employment department. In addition to the weekly inspections, it mainly inspects the condition of the power system, lifting mechanism, swing mechanism, operating mechanism and hydraulic system of the column mounted jib crane. Replace worn, deformed, cracked and corroded parts, and check whether the electrical control system, feeding device, controller, overload protection device and safety protection device are reliable.
Through the test operation, check the failure symptoms caused by the leakage, pressure, temperature, vibration and noise of the lifting equipment. Observe the crane structure status, support, and the subjective status of the transmission components, understand the technical status of the crane, check the source of the fault, and judge the abnormal phenomenon.
Finally, conduct an annual inspection of the column mounted jib crane. In addition to the monthly inspection items, it is mainly to carry out technical parameter inspection and reliability testing of hoisting machinery. And through inspection of equipment, wear of moving parts of various working mechanisms, metal structure welds, test flaw detection, etc., after safety device and component tests, the manufacturer should evaluate the technical conditions for the operation of the lifting equipment. If there is any abnormality, carry out major repairs and replacements in time.
